First of all, I would like to expand logo design from company name which is Cumbrian Hills. I put C & H for the main. I think leaf shape can be a represent green living. I added house shape with connecting letter ‘h’. So people can figure out that this company related to house and green thing with seeing only logo without any detailed texts.

And green colour is the best colour can express eco and green living. I believe that dark green can give people impression of responsibility. I added tone-downed gold colour for luxury atmosphere.
